How do i create soft waves in my curly hair?

I have really curly hair. Tight meduim sized ring-lets. Almost like taylor swifts except a little more frizzer. my hair comes a little longer down than shoulder length. anyways, waves are in. And i want to create soft waves in my hair. I've tried braiding it and tons of things but maybe i'm not doing it right. When ever i google how, it always tells me how to create waves starting with straight hair, not curly. I'm open to anything. I want it to kind of look like lauren conrads but any thing is fine. please tell me how. and i haave a hair straighter adn curling iron and hot rollers. you know how you twist one peice of hair so much it starts to fold together? do that for the taylor swift curls and bobby pin the ends to your hair really good to make sure they dont come undone. do this after a shower and make sure its dry before taking out!

When you have frizzy hair it means you need deep moisturizer replenishing. Try this soak your hair with olive oil wrapped with Saran or a shower cap for 3 hours. That's what the pro.'s recommend for frizzy hair. As to waves, blow dry your hair with a ceramic hair straightening brush by Goody adn use salt water to spritz when it get's 70% dry.
