How to achieve these soft curls like Katherine Heigl from ugly truth?
I would like a video or pictures please
and would you recommend curling tong/wand
or hot rollers?

Hot rollers are the way to go, just make sure you get the medium size. Then once they are in spray with gel, if you can sleep in them in, and take them out in the morning.
