likely it was done with a round brush and hair dryer. You could also do something similar with rollers. roll them all downward from the crown while wet, spray with a light hold hair spray, and let dry. Run your fingers through the curls with a tiny bit of biosilk on your hands...

by the defenition, curling iron. probably a two inch barrel. hairspray the strands before you curl them.
A 1 1/2'; barrel curling iron can be used to create a similar effect. The smaller the barrel the tighter the curl. This works best with longer hair.
you do know those are extensions right? and it could be done with a medium or wide curling iron and then combed/brushed out so they are not too tight or together
I would comb out your hair straight, then use 2 inch rollers and blow dry it and release them and put it down for the same cute look.



controling the heat is the secret to the look, so don't over heat it.
